Payment Terms

Pandemedia requires payment of all invoices within 14 days.

We reserve the right to charge interest at the UK statutory rate from 14 days after you received the invoice.

Refunds will only be given if you can demonstrate that Pandemedia has not supplied the products or services invoiced for.

Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions

If Pandemedia believes that the work is done, but "final sign off" is being delayed by the client, we will invoice for the full cost of the work.

All work, designs and intellectual property remain the property of Pandemedia until paid for in full.

Agreement to Terms & Conditions

By commissioning Pandemedia to carry out any work, you indicate your agreement to our payment terms and miscellaneous terms and conditions.
